We are very sorry to communicate the postponement of the XI CIFE.

The Rock in Rio megafestival will take place in the city on the same date we planned our Conference. Initially we thought we could handle this, but we realized that for economic and healthy reasons it will be necessary to postpone the Conference. The city will be “invaded” by thousands of people from different places. Hotel and ticket prices have already doubled, many public places will be full and there will be no conditions to organize our meeting safely.

As in Brazil there will be elections on October 2nd (with the possibility of a second round on October 30th), we decided to postpone the XI CIFE to the week from the 7th to the 11th November. We hope everyone can reschedule to come. If for any reason the change makes your presence impossible, we apologize and ask that you please let us know.

As a way of compensating for the possible inconvenience caused and to enable a better organization for everyone (including ours), we have extended the application deadline until May 8.

As we are in the final stretch and we are receiving a very high demand from emails and messages with the same questions, we thought of a support call to help those people who still haven't managed to sign up for the conference.

So, on Saturday, May 7, the day before registration closes, we will be available at two times: from 9 am to 11 am and from 5 pm to 7 pm (Brazilian time, check your timezone!). The meeting will be held via Zoom. If you've already signed up and everything is ok, you don't need to log in, of course.

You will also be able to access this room by logging in on the top bar, going to your Toy Box, and clicking the "Encounters Room" option.
